Key Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems including furnaces, boilers, ERVs, and heat pumps – both ducted and ductless.
- Read and interpret plans, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Inspect and test systems to ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure installations meet code requirements and company standards.
- Communicate with customers on how to operate the system and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
Skills/Qualifications:
- HVAC/EPA certification or 1 year of experience in HVAC.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license.
